LB-1 kaolinic FCC catalyst LB-1 - Introduction
All-white clay cracking catalyst is a commonly used catalyst with the following properties and uses:
Nature:
1. appearance is white powder or granular.
2. chemical composition is mainly alumina and silicate.
3. with high surface area and pore structure, has good adsorption performance.
4. Excellent high temperature resistance, able to withstand high temperature reaction conditions.
Use:
1. Mainly used in the field of petroleum and chemical catalytic cracking reaction. It can catalyze the conversion of heavy oil or high boiling point hydrocarbons into light hydrocarbons, such as gasoline, diesel and liquefied petroleum gas.
2. widely used in catalytic heavy oil desulfurization, denitrification and dewaxing process.
Preparation Method:
1. select high quality natural clay, after crushing, screening and other processing.
2. mix the clay with the appropriate amount of additives (such as sodium salt, iron salt), and then add the appropriate expansion agent and binding agent.
3. After wet or dry granulation forming, and then calcined to obtain the final clay-type cracking catalyst.
Safety Information:
1. the preparation and use of the process need to pay attention to protective measures, such as wearing gloves, masks and goggles.
2. Avoid inhalation, ingestion or contact with skin and eyes during the use and handling of the catalyst.
3. Waste treatment shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, and the waste shall be handed over to a qualified treatment unit for treatment.
4. storage should avoid contact with acid, alkali and other substances, to prevent the catalyst moisture deterioration.
5. in case of inhalation or post-exposure discomfort, seek medical attention immediately.
